Flight & Arrival Info

Please keep in mind that students who are not participating in direct enrollment at the University of Paris or Sciences Po MUSarrive in Paris on January 23, 2017.

Students wishing to take 1 to 2 courses at the University of Paris or at Sciences Po must arrive in Paris on January 19th–before the start of the regular NYU Paris semester for a special orientation session on Friday, January 20th.  Students will join the regular NYU orientation program the week of the 23rd as well as attend their University of Paris courses.  Students will be assured access to their Paris housing starting on January 19th.

You are responsible for booking your own flightHousing is available only for the dates of the program (January 19 or January 23, 2017 – May 20, 2017) so if you plan to arrive early or leave late, please be aware you will be responsible for your own accommodations.  You can access the program calendar here.

Students should plan to arrive in order to check-in by 4:00 pm on the day of their arrival (either January 19 or January 23). This means you should arrive at the airport by 2:00 pm. You may want to keep this in mind when you are booking flights; however, a detailed arrival cheat sheet will be provided closer to departure.

When shopping for flights, we encourage you to use NYU’s preferred partner, Egencia, to buy your ticket. Please see the following egencia instructions for info on how to book your flight through Egencia.

Please note:  All students will be required to submit their flight details closer to departure.  Instructions for doing so will come later on in the semester!
